You will thrive in this role if you:
Are service-minded, outgoing and persistent, and enjoy working directly with customers
Take ownership, follow up rigorously and solve problems before they arise
Can manage several tasks at the same time while staying structured and attentive to detail
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Enjoy collaborating across commercial, clinical and software development teams
Are flexible when customer needs occasionally require support across time zones or outside normal working hours
Your background:
An education as an IT Support Technician or Data Technician, ideally focused on infrastructure, or a relevant degree in software development, infrastructure or a related field
Experience or strong interest in customer-facing technical service or IT support; newly educated candidates with the right mindset are also encouraged to apply
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, virtualization and container-based environments, including Kubernetes
Knowledge of relational databases, such as SQL Server, and scripting
Ability to troubleshoot networking, application and system performance issues
Experience with defect tracking and monitoring tools, such as Jira, Prometheus, Grafana or Azure Monitor
Fluent professional English, both written and spoken
It will be an advantage if you have experience with:
