Your role and team:

We are looking for a proactive Commercial Coordinator who can bring structure, pace and follow-through to our growing commercial activities in the US. From our office in Denmark, you will work closely with members of our management team as they meet clinics, partners and conference contacts across the US. You will capture what was discussed, turn agreements into clear actions and make sure the right people follow up at the right time.

You will join our Commercial team and collaborate across the entire organization. In the beginning, a key part of your role will be supporting our US roadshow and helping us get the full value from every customer interaction. Over time, your focus will develop towards commercial oversight, CRM discipline, reporting and coordination of international exhibitions and conferences.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Coordinate follow-up from US customer and partner meetings, with clear actions, owners and deadlines

• Keep our CRM updated for active US accounts and make sure important information does not get lost

• Follow up with colleagues and contact customers directly when needed

• Become our CRM super user, support colleagues and help build strong CRM habits across the organization

• Create activity reports and prepare input for the monthly board report on US commercialization and sales performance

• Use AI tools proactively to work smarter, improve coordination and increase quality

• Support the handover of US opportunities to our sales team and contribute to other commercial development activities.

• Over time, coordinate UNEEG's participation in international exhibitions and conferences and contribute to the development of the role

Your background:

• A specific educational background is not required; a completed office trainee program or another relevant practical education can be a good starting point if you bring the right mindset and capabilities

• You may come from sales coordination, sales support, customer service, inside sales, marketing or event coordination, project coordination, supply chain, purchasing, office support or a similar role

• A couple of years of relevant work experience is an advantage

• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken

• Strong everyday IT skills and the confidence to learn new systems quickly

• It will be an advantage if you have experience with:

• CRM systems

• Reporting and analysis in Excel or similar tools

• Medtech, pharma, healthcare or another regulated industry

• Supporting international sales activities, conferences or exhibitions
