Lead customer software implementation from onboarding to go-live

Your role and team:

We are looking for a Project Lead, Customer Enablement & Governance who will establish and lead our customer software implementation capability. You will own customer onboarding from project initiation through go-live and initial hypercare support, ensuring a structured and frictionless experience for new customers.

You will be part of Customer Enablement and Governance and act as the primary program interface between customers and UNEEG. The role coordinates commercial, technical, clinical, legal/data privacy, cybersecurity and quality stakeholders, while the relevant specialists remain accountable for their evidence and decisions. You will work closely together with colleagues across the entire organization.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation plans, including milestones, risks, decisions and escalations

• Coordinate hospital software, legal, data privacy, security and technical review processes and route specialist questions to the relevant subject-matter owners

• Drive infrastructure readiness, installation, validation, go-live and hypercare activities

• Maintain implementation playbooks, templates, status reporting, evidence requests and knowledge repositories

• Coordinate operational handover to support and drive continuous improvement through implementation KPIs and lessons learned

• Create scalable software implementation processes that support growth in our focus markets

Your background:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, health technology, life sciences, business, project management or a related discipline

• At least 3 years of program or project management experience in customer-facing software implementations

• Experience from healthcare technology, SaaS, enterprise software or medical devices

• Proven cross-functional stakeholder leadership and confident customer communication

• Experience managing multiple complex implementations in an evolving environment

• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken, and willingness to travel

It will be an advantage if you have experience with:

• Hospital IT deployment, clinical engineering or digital health implementation

• Regulated software, validation and medical device quality systems

• Privacy, cybersecurity and assurance reviews, including GDPR, HIPAA, DPIA, HECVAT, SIG, MDS2, DTAC or DSPT

• Relevant standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, ISO 13485 or IEC 81001-5-1

• Healthcare systems in both the US and Europe
