Build hands-on experience in a medical device company
At UNEEG Medical, we are on a clear mission: improve epilepsy care and enhance patients' quality of life through objective, real-world EEG data. Our sub-scalp EEG solution enables remote monitoring of brain activity and is already making an impact across Europe and the US. We combine the agility of a small company with the high standards of the medical device industry.
Your role and team:
We are looking for a Student Assistant who will provide practical support across UNEEG, with a particular focus on regulatory, quality and clinical activities. You will report to our Senior Director, Regulatory & Quality and work closely with colleagues across the organization. This role gives you the opportunity to apply your studies in practice and gain insight into a regulated medical device environment.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Help update, format and maintain clinical, regulatory and quality documentation
Participate in complaint investigations and support follow-up documentation
Help conduct literature searches and compile relevant information for clinical and regulatory use
Support Read & Understood activities and training documentation in our Quality Management System (QMS)
Help maintain databases, reference systems and document handling processes
Provide administrative and ad hoc support to colleagues across UNEEG
You will thrive in this role if you:
Are studying medicine and technology, biomedical engineering or another relevant technical or health science degree
Work in a structured and detail-oriented way and take ownership of your tasks
Are self-driven, curious and comfortable working both independently and with others
Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken
Are skilled in using Microsoft Office and keen to learn new systems
Previous industry experience is not required. Interest in medical devices, quality, regulatory affairs or clinical work is an advantage.
Practical information:
We expect you to work approximately 8-16 hours per week. The role is based at our office in Allerød, and you must be willing and able to commute to the office. We offer flexibility around your studies and exams.
What we offer:
Relevant hands-on experience and varied tasks across a growing medical device company
Close collaboration with experienced colleagues who will support your learning
A friendly workplace with great energy, social activities and a culture of togetherness
At UNEEG, your ideas matter, your work makes a difference, and your colleagues have your back.
